Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was yesterday informed that the Trustees of the A.W. Hewitt Family Settlement Trust purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.5 pence on 13 June 2011.

Following this transaction Mr Hewitt's total beneficial and non beneficial holding in the Company is 11,120,000 Ordinary Shares representing 70 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
