    Polymer Logistics N.V. (the "Company" )

    Additional Listing

    Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 171,220 new ordinary shares of
EUR0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 27 June 2008.

    Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to
trading on AIM will consist of 77,923,303 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each, with one voting right per share.
