Planet Payment, Inc. 2013 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2014 Annual Meeting Issued

Planet Payment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLPM) (LSE:AIM:PPT), a leading provider of international payment and transaction processing and multi-currency processing services, today announced that the Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 have been issued and are available to shareholders at www.planetpayment.com(click on "Annual Meeting"). In accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission rules and AIM Rules for Companies, on or about 24 April 2014, we expect to mail and email to our shareholders a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, containing instructions on how to access our proxy materials for our 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and 2013 Annual Report. Shareholders who have previously requested hard copies of these materials will receive them by mail.

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Monday, 16 June 2014 at 10:00a.m. New York time, at the Company's headquarters at 670 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, NY 11561, USA. Shareholders planning to attend are requested to notify the Company in advance for administrative purposes.
