Property Recycling  Group plc  has  received notification  from  Paul
Rackham Snr, chairman of the  Company, that he has purchased  242,500
ordinary shares  of 5p  each  ("Ordinary Shares")  today at  17p  per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase  Mr Rackham is interested  in
8,009,925 Ordinary Shares representing 22.1 per cent. of the Ordinary
Shares in  issue and   the  interests of  the Rackham  Family  (which
include Mr Rackham's interests) amount to 18,942,500 Ordinary  Shares
representing 52.3 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
