    Property Recycling Group plc (the "Company")
    Directors' shareholdings

    The Company has received notification that Paul Rackham Jnr, a director of the Company, sold 2,856,907 ordinary shares of 5p each
("Ordinary Shares") at 14.5p per share on 5 January 2009 to Paul Rackham Limited, a company controlled by him and Paul Rackham Snr, the
chairman of the Company. Following this transaction, the total interests of the Rackham Family remain unchanged at  19,087,500  Ordinary
Shares representing 52.73 per cent. of the Company's shares in issue.
