                  Property Recycling Group plc (the "Company") 
                            Director's shareholding 
 
The Company has received notification on 25 May 2010 that Paul Rackham Limited, 
a company controlled by Paul Rackham, the chairman of the Company, has bought 
10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 11p per share on that 
date. Following this transaction the Rackham Family is interested in 23,602,721 
Ordinary Shares representing 65.20 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
