Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 11 April 2017 Reginald Herbert Hankey, CEO, bought a further 7,500 shares in the Company at a price of 83 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 232,833 shares.
