Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been
informed that on 3 July 2017 Reginald Hankey, CEO, bought a further
7,200 shares in the Company at a price of 87.5 pence per share. In
addition the Company has been informed that also on 3 July 2017
Matthew O'Rourke, CFO, bought 8606 shares in the Company at a price
of 87 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has
increased to 240,033 shares.
Following the purchase, Mr O'Rourke's holding in the Company is
8,606 shares.
