Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 29 March 2018 Godfrey Davis, Non-Executive Director, bought a further 4,900 shares in the Company at a price of 85 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Davis' holding in the Company has increased to 77,567 shares.
