Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been
informed that on 30 April 2021, Richard Briere Chief Financial
Officer, bought 10,000 shares at a price of 49.7 pence per
share.
Following the purchase, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has
increased to 120,000 shares which represents 0.93% of the Company's
issued share capital.
