Director / PDMR Shareholding - correction

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 17(th) June 2021, Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, bought 12,000 shares at a price of 53 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to 380,948 shares which represents 2.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
