                               Directors Dealings



The Company has been notified of the following directors' dealings which
occurred on 28th December 2006 pursuant to the Company's secondary listing on
AIM on 20th December, and which were priced at the placing price of 9p per share
(ZAR 1.25) as disclosed in the Company's AIM Admission Document.



D H Warmenhoven (Director) sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares at 9p per share (ZAR
1.25), of which he had an indirect non-beneficial interest in 1,800,000 shares
and a direct beneficial interest in 200,000 shares. L Mogotsi (Director) sold
1,500,000 ordinary shares at 9p per share (ZAR 1.25) in all of which she had an
indirect beneficial interest.  B Doig (Director) sold 800,000 ordinary shares at
9p per share (ZAR 1.25), in all of which he had a direct beneficial interest.
