Director/ PDMR dealing
Premier Veterinary Group PLC (LSE: PVG), on 16 September 2020,
received notification of the following dealings in ordinary shares
of 10p each in the capital of the Company.
Raj Uppal, the Company's Corporate Development Officer, sold
60,000 shares from his ISA on 14 September 2020 for a price of
34.97 pence per share.
In addition, Tracey Uppal, Raj Uppal's wife, sold 12,500 shares
from her ISA on 14 September 2020 for a price of 34.97 pence per
share.
It is understood that the above sales were processed
automatically by their ISA provider pending the delisting on 25
September 2020 and without instruction by either Mr or Mrs
Uppal.
Mr and Mrs Uppal remain interested in 5,348,638 ordinary shares
representing 34.85 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
