                            Q1 Dividend Declaration 
 
The Directors of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT) announce 
that following Board approval, a Q1 dividend for the three month period to 31 
March 2010 of US$0.10 per participating redeemable preference share will be paid 
on 23 April 2010 to shareholders on the register on 6 April 2010.
