Real Affinity plc, ("Real Affinity" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted marketing
services group, announces that Gerard Corcoran, Group Chief Executive, informed
the Company that he has today purchased 30,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at 0.053p per share.

Following this purchase, Gerard Corcoran holds a total of 247,714,684 shares
representing 7.62% of the issued share capital.
