                                            The change in percentage voting rights 
                                            is due to Old Church Street Holdings 
                                            Limited purchasing 5,000,000 ordinary 
                                            shares. As a result of the purchase, 
                                            our percentage voting rights have 
                                            increased from 3% to 5%.
