The Company was notified today that a trust of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested, transferred 251,402 c umulative redeemable preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") to his daughter Lily Bilton.

Following this transaction, Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 4,701,953 Preference Shares being 4.70% of the total Preference Shares in issue.
