RMR PLC ("RMR") - Exercise of share options and allotment of new shares

RMR announces the allotment of 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
("AIM").  It is expected that Admission will become effective and that
dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on Wednesday 5 July 2000.
