DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Rubicon (AIM:RUBI) announces that it was today informed that David Lenigas, Chairman of the Company, had today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3.9 pence per share. Following this Mr Lenigas holds an interest in 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.015% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was further informed that Geoffrey White, an Executive Director of the Company, had today purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3.8 pence per share. Following this Mr White holds an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital.
