NOTICE OF DELISTING

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

GBP20,000,000 Equity Index Linked Notes due January 2024

ISIN XS1710683985

(the "N&C Securities")

This notice relates to the above mentioned N&C Securities issued by the Issuer under the base prospectus relating to its Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme dated 14 December 2016 as supplemented from time to time (the "Base Prospectus") and the final terms relating to the N&C Securities dated 1 December 2017 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has requested that the Irish Stock Exchange delist the N&C Securities in a principal amount of GBP14,215,989 with immediate effect and that consequently following such delisting the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities issued will be reduced to GBP5,784,011.
