Sibir was notified that as a result of the increase in the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company following the admission to AIM of 78,500,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each on 10 November 2003, Charlemagne Capital Limited is now in
control of 3.84 per cent of Sibir's issued ordinary share capital.
