Result of General Meeting and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting held today was passed by shareholders, in accordance with the requirements of the AIM rules, with approximately 99.9 per cent. of the votes cast being in favour.

The resolution was to cancel the admission of the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM, as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 10 December 2012. Accordingly cancellation of admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to take effect from 7.00am on Monday 21 January 2013.
