Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle. The
nation's 65th Secretary of State will speak to more than 1,500

Storm in the 1991 Persian Gulf War. The conference will feature a

well as remarks by Schwab senior executives and more than 30
informative educational sessions on a wide range of topics,
including investment strategies and tools, practice management,
technology, operational and business solutions, and the latest
market trends affecting the investment advisor industry. In a year
in which investment advisors with client assets custodied at Schwab
have continued to experience dramatic growth, the theme for IMPACT
2005 is "Smarter. Faster. Further. Winning Strategies to Manage
Your Business for Success." "We're very honored that General Powell
will be speaking at IMPACT," said Deborah Doyle McWhinney,
