                               BOARD APPOINTMENTS


Screen plc announces the appointment of two directors to the Board.


Christopher Langridge has been appointed as Finance Director. A qualified
accountant, he has worked in the UK, USA and Hong Kong as Finance Director and
Consultant for several companies. Between 2001-3 he was Group Finance Director
of Mayflower Aerospace Ltd.


David Mills has been appointed as Non-Executive Director. He is currently also a
non-executive director of Clode plc.
