                      CHANGE OF ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE


SectorGuard plc, the AIM listed total security solutions group, announces that 
it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 March with 
immediate effect.

The next results of SectorGuard will be the unaudited interim results for the 
12 months ended 30 September 2007.  These results, which will be the first 
results of the Company to be prepared according to International Financial 
Reporting Standards, will be announced during December 2007.
