Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that on 29 October 2013 it purchased from SIGA, LP 23,856 shares in the Company at an average price of 275.00 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase SIGA, LP holds no shares in the Company and will therefore not participate in any further distributions made by the Company.

Giving effect to the purchase, the Company now has 298,769 shares in issue, such figure to be used as the denominator for determining notification obligations.
