SETTLEMENT PAYMENT RECEIVED

In the Company's Interim results announced on 30 June 2014 shareholders were informed that a total compensation settlement of GBP21.25 million had been reached over the buy-out of the Company's land interests and peat extraction rights at Bolton Fell and the resultant closure of the factory at the site.

The Company confirms that the final balance payment of GBP12.25 million was received today.
