    On 24 October 2008 the Company was informed that Ameriprise Financial, Inc and its group, of which Threadneedle Asset Management
Holdings Limited is the ultimate intermediate holding company in the UK, has sold 2,275,000 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence in the Company. 
Ameriprise now has a beneficial interest in 1,519,961 shares (representing 6.67% of the Company's issued share capital).
