On  the  15th  June,  2000 Stentor PLC received notification  from
nevada  tele.com  Limited, Viridian Group  plc,  Viridian  Capital
Limited,  Energis plc and Energis Holdings Limited, in  fulfilment
of  the  obligations imposed on them by section 67 to  71  of  the
Companies  Act 1990 of Ireland of the subsistence of interests  by
each  of these companies in 3,807,042 ordinary shares of IR5p each
(26.985  percent  of  the issued ordinary  share  capital  of  the
Company).

Each  of these interests has arisen as a result of the receipt  by
nevada  tele.com  Limited of acceptances of,  or  undertakings  to
accept,  an  offer made by nevada tele.com Limited to acquire  the
entire  issued  and  to be issued ordinary share  capital  of  the
Company.
