Tinopolis plc ("Tinopolis" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to transitional provision 6 of the Transparency Directive, Tinopolis
plc's issued share capital consists of  99,450,222 ordinary shares of 2p each
("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 3,984,334 Ordinary Shares in treasury and
the voting rights of these treasury shares are automatically suspended. 
Therefore the total number of voting rights in  the Company is 95,465,888.

The above figure (95,465,888  Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by  which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
Tinopolis  under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
