Recyclus appoints renowned industry experts
Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company
focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery
metals, is pleased to announce that its 48.25% owned battery
recycling business, Recyclus Group Ltd ("Recyclus"), has appointed
Andrew Goss and Phil Hodgkinson as consultants to Recyclus with
effect from 1 July 2023. Andrew and Phil will act as advisers for
Recyclus, utilising their extensive experience and global network
across the automotive and gigafactory sectors.
Andrew has significant experience in the automotive sector,
covering leadership roles in which he achieved business,
operational and sales transformation for global manufacturers
across Europe and the United States. He has held highly senior
positions across a variety of organisations, including CEO of
Porsche for the UK and Ireland and Jaguar Land Rover Automotive
PLC's ("JLR") overall lead at Board level for Global Markets. He
has received numerous industry awards and picked up the Queens
Award for Exports on behalf of JLR in 2017. Currently, Andrew is
Chairman of Vertu Motors in addition to his specialist consultancy
which provides strategic business advice to stakeholders within the
UK automotive industry, Blue Moon Advisory.
Phil has more than four decades of experience working in the
automotive industry, with a proven track record of delivering large
and complex projects, including leading the delivery of over 100
car programmes such as Range Rover and Jaguar XF. His leadership
and management expertise has led to the success of various carline,
profitability and restructuring projects including JLR's global
expansion initiative to begin manufacturing operations in India,
China, Brazil and Slovakia. His global experience and strong
business awareness has allowed him to be responsible for multi
GBPBn projects across the automotive industry. Currently, he
operates his own consultancy business providing support to
automotive OEMs and suppliers on a range of vehicle and business
endeavours.
