announced today that the Company has signed an Agreement with
celebrities Ice-T, Guerilla Black and Hot Dollar to endorse the
Company's video and collectable card game (CCG), Street Credit(TM),
the first urban-themed collectable card game aimed at the multi-
billion dollar video game and CCG industries. The agreement allows
TM Media Group the right to use and publish Ice-T's, Guerilla
Black's and Hot Dollar's names and likenesses in connection with
the creation and promotion of Street Credit. The Company also
announced today that Manaj will release her first album as a
companion disk to the documentary, Daddy's Shadow, in addition to
selling it as a stand alone product. The first single from the

is the first and only online video and collectible card game to
incorporate urban motifs, settings, images and celebrities. The
