Announcement of Dividend by TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc 
The Board of TP70 2008 (II) has resolved to pay a dividend out of the revenue 
profits to be paid to shareholders on the register at 16 July 2010 in respect of 
the year to 31 March 2010. The dividend will be paid on 30 July 2010. 
The Board has resolved to pay a dividend of GBP282,000 (1.23p per share) equal 
to its revenue profits for the year ended 31 March 2010 in accordance with its 
dividend policy of maximising distributions to shareholders. Including the 
dividend paid in July 2009, this brings total distributions paid to 2.99p per 
share.
