Ordinary Shares at a price of 57.0 pence per share and 200,000 C Shares at 52.0 
pence per share for cancellation. 
 
Following this purchase there are now 21,671,053 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence 
each and 12,379,053 C Shares of 1 pence each in issue.
