Class A Sterling Hedged US High Income Preference Shares (the "Class A Shares")

Class B Unhedged US High Income Preference Shares (the "Class B Shares")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wish to announce that in accordance with the Cell's Summary and Securities Note dated 30 May 2007 that upon redemption of all the Class A Shares and the Class B Shares of the Cell (together the "Shares") on 26 November 2012 that the Shares admission to trading on the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled.
