Versatile Offers Subscription Package for Its Kiosks

HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 20, 2008) -

Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV)(AIM:VVS), is offering a monthly subscription package to retailers for
Versatile's Rockland and Madison Kiosks. The Rockland Kiosk is free standing with a full display and the Madison
Kiosk is a compact desktop version. Each of these Kiosks has a touch screen panel, printer and are bank certified
for secure transactions.

For a minimum of twelve months retailers can subscribe a Rockland Kiosk for $299 per month or a Madison Kiosk for
$199 per month. Versatile also offers lease-to-own programs over either three or four year periods for those
retailers wishing to acquire a Kiosk. Versatile's Rockland and Madison Kiosks give retailers the ability to
provide their customers with a quick and confidential means of obtaining an instant line of credit within their
store from the retailer's banking partners, which include CitiFinancial, GE Money, HSBC and Wells Fargo.
