Significant Shareholder

The Board of Woburn was informed on 21 August 2013 that Mr S Hashwani is beneficially interested in the entire issued share capital of United Paramount Holding Corp which, indirectly, is interested in 200,000,000 Woburn Ordinary Shares representing 86.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and that Mr Hasan Hashwani has no interest, direct or indirect, in the share capital of the Company.
