                                  New Contract

AIM listed support services group The Wigmore Group plc is pleased to announce
that Speymill Contracts Limited, the Group's Leisure and Hotel Division, has
been awarded a contract in excess of #2.4 million by Scottish and Newcastle
Retail.

Work is scheduled to start in mid August on their Premier Lodge brand situated
at Heathrow. The project comprises of a new build and fit out to form 133
bedrooms including restaurant and bar facilities. In addition Speymill will
carry out substantial external work including car parking and landscaping. The
contract period is 29 weeks and is worth in excess of #2.4 million.
