The Company announces today that NR Trust has sold 1,724,000 ordinary shares of
US$0.0006 each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 40p per share (the "Transaction"). The Transaction is due to complete
on 29 June 2006.



After the sale the NR Trust will hold 401,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
(representing a 0.73% interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital)
and will cease to have a notifiable interest in the Company.
