    Update Convertible Loan Notes

    Zeehan Zinc today announces that Creat Group Company Limited ("Creat Group") has funded a further �1,037,500 of the Convertible Loan
Note commitment announced on 12 December 2007 and updated on 14 March 2008.  
    The Company has been advised by Creat Group that the balance due under the Convertible Loan Note of �1,100,000 is anticipated to be
transferred 15 June 2008.  The board of Zeehan Zinc has agreed to this extension for the balance of the final payment.
