NEW YORK, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IAC (NASDAQ:IACI) announced today that Nick Stoumpas, currently IAC Vice President and Treasurer, has been named Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Mr. Stoumpas succeeds Eoin Ryan, the previous Vice President of Investor Relations who left IAC in November. "In his role as Treasurer, Mr. Stoumpas has proven himself a talented financial executive who works tirelessly on behalf of IAC and its constituents," said Tom McInerney, Chief Financial Officer of IAC. "This is a natural progression for him and we look forward to his continued success." As Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer, Mr. Stoumpas will maintain his existing responsibilities as Treasurer of IAC and will have primary responsibility for the strategic and tactical elements of IAC's Investor Relations program, the goal of which is to ensure the marketplace understands and fairly values the company.
