PITTSBURGH, July 16,
2024 /PRNewswire/ -- "I thought there should be a way
to harness useful solar power for a semi-trailer to generate
electricity to be delivered to a large rechargeable battery," said
an inventor, from Ocala, Fla., "so I invented the SOLAR BOOM.
My design could help save money for trucking companies, and it
could help reduce harmful pollution from large commercial
trucks."
The patent-pending invention provides an innovative way to
generate electricity to charge the battery on an electric
semi-truck. In doing so, it offers an alternative to burning large
amounts of diesel fuel and stopping to recharge. As a result, it
increases efficiency when hauling freight, and it allows the
semi-truck to travel greater distances. The invention features an
automatic design that is easy to employ so it is ideal for the
trucking industry. Additionally, a prototype model is available
upon request.
The original design was submitted to the Tallahassee sales
office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing
or sale to manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write
