Someone is keeping the price fixed at $1.46 and will not let it go up. Big time manipulation.

They were always wanting to do this offering. Go look at the roadmap a year ago+. An offering was part of the plan all along, way before Todd Masse was named CEO.
But I guess act like you didnt know that or see that, either way its all missed DD on your part, and why its important to do it.
