If the motion to amend is granted then that’s a great sign. It means the judge see a path forward. It’s the same as NWBO’s case. The MTD was granted with leave to amend. The Judge gave them a path forward.

I would say majority of OTC companies moving up to OTCQB, OTCQX & NASDAQ actually do a R/S. They have to for them to be compliant with the higher tier regulations. There are only a few otc companies that don't R/S into higher markets. It's rare.
