(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 7.5% SPARQS Linked
to Gilead Sciences, Incorporated. Priced at $ 13.85 with an initial
offer size of 1,660,650 this equity trades under the ticker symbol
GSY and has a maturation date of January 15, 2007. The notes are
