                      Notification of Directors' Interests

The board of Patientline plc received notification on 24 September 2003 that on
that day:

C M Alton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 244,755 ordinary shares
of #0.05 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 71.5 pence per Ordinary
Share;

C M Alton's Self Investment Pension Plan acquired 244,755 Ordinary Shares at
71.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

As beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares within the Self Investment Pension
Plan, Mr Alton's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company
remains unchanged at 12,402,748 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.2 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
