Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On April 19, 2022, Westwater Resources, Inc. (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing the breaking of ground for the construction of its graphite processing plant in Kellyton, Alabama. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Press Release”). The Press Release briefly describes the graphite processing plant, the Corporation’s plans regarding graphite exploration, and comments from government officials with the State of Alabama.

 

The foregoing description of the Press Release is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Press Release which is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
