Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces that Kayssar Ghorayeb, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 753 Ace Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.65p and at a total value of GBP489.45. Mr Ghorayeb now has 344,006 Ace Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48% of the Company's voting rights. The transaction took place on 09 January 2023. The Company's total shares in issue remains at 71,168,162.
