Convertible Bond Conversion and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that Cosmos SICAV plc Value Added Fund (the "Investor"), has converted GBP13,155.83 of the Convertible Bond facility announced on 26 October 2018 into 93,091,058 ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the Company (the "Conversion").

Following the Conversion, the Investor will hold 184,757,658 ordinary shares in the Company or 29.18% of the Company's total voting rights and the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be 633,257,818 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above figure of 633,257,818 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
