SuperSeed Capital, (AQSE: WWW) a company established as a venture capital fund of funds for investments in early-stage artificial intelligence and software companies, announces that it is posting to shareholders its first Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2.00 pm on Monday 3 April 2023 at F irst Floor, St Peter's House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey . The Company is required by its Articles of Association, to hold its first general meeting of its shareholders within 18 months from the Company's incorporation, being 6 October 2021.
